Account setup and activation
Your account will be created immediately after your registration order form has been submitted. We shall then activate your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email at the point of registration. If we need to contact you, the email address you have supplied at registration will be used for this purpose. Thus, it is your responsibility to ensure the email address on your profile is up to date at all times.
Content provision
All services provided by Benet Communications may only be used for lawful purposes. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Benet Communications from any claims resulting from the use of our services. Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is strongly discouraged.
Payment information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Benet Communications, pending the period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Benet Communications of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed into your account. Cancellations must be done in writing via the feedback form or the contact form here. Once we receive your cancellation and have confirmed all necessary information with you, we will inform you via your email address that your account has been cancelled.
Account cancellations and refunds
Benet Communications reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to an account at any time with or without notice. Any abuse of our staff or violation of any portion or all of this term will result in the suspension or termination of your services.
Once services have been rendered, delivered and accepted by the Clients, no refund will be available. Only first-time accounts in which payments have been confirmed, but yet to receive services for which payment was made are eligible for a refund. Thus, if you have had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Be informed that, violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
Price modifications
The amount you pay for any of our services are subject to changes. We reserve the right to change prices listed on our site, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to various plans or packages at any time.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify and hold Benet Communications, its agents, its customers, officers and employees harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold.
Disclaimer
Benet Communications shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Benet Communications makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Benet Communications disclaims any warranty for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, on any and all service interruptions caused by Benet Communications and its employees.
Changes to the Terms of Service
Benet Communications reserves the right to revise its policies at any time with or no prior notice.
